Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes. Log in to your account anytime to switch between every 1, 2 or 3 months.
Can I skip a delivery or cancel?
Of course. Skip, pause or cancel before your next order processes, with no fees or minimum commitment.
How do I know which refill fits my pen?
Use our Ink Refill & Replacement Parts Finder, or check the Ink Refill Finder to match your pen type and collection.
Can I subscribe to more than one refill?
Yes. Subscribe to as many refills as you like, such as black ballpoint for the office and blue/black cartridges for your fountain pen.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your new subscription order is placed, which is based on the frequency you set when you subscribed (i.e. every month, every two months or every three months).
Will I be notified before each subscription order?
Yes. You will receive an email three days before your next subscription order in case you need to pause, update or cancel your subscription.
Is shipping included?
After your initial order, you will enjoy free shipping on every other order beginning with your second order (even numbered orders). Odd numbered orders will ship at a reduced flat rate of $4.95 (regularly $8.95).
Can I change which refill I receive?
Yes. Swap colors, point sizes or refill types anytime from your account.
