We ship standard (non-engraved or non-gift wrapped) in-stock orders received Monday thru Friday before 2:00 P.M. [EST] within three business days; Engraved in-stock orders generally ship from our warehouse within 7 - 10 business days.

Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. 

Personalized products, such as engraved pens, and final sale Outlet items cannot be returned.

Opened ink refills and cartridges cannot be returned, however, please contact us if there is an issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for orders shipped to Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.
