    Great pens, great warranty, great company.

    I bought a great pen I’ve been using for about 10 years. I must’ve replaced the filler cartridge 10+ times. I sign a lot of documents every day. I’ve dropped the pen a number of times and it’s still was working fine. This last drop it stopped working. I couldn’t get it to turn so that I could get the tip of the pen out to write with. I sent it into the company to see if they could fix it. They said they couldn’t. But they sent me a gift card that basically replaced the pen. I bought two others while I was at it.

    The original pen was not inexpensive. So it was a pretty big gift card.
