Five years ago I received my beautiful Cross pen from a friend for my 70th birthday. I fell in love with a pen for the first time in all those years. I recently had to order a refill for "Pearl" as I call her. 🥰 the refill didn't fit -- it wouldn't stick out far enough to write (but fit my husband's slim ball point). I called Cross customer service, and was offered a free refill to try in case the first refill had an issue. I just received my new refill and it works! Next step would have been to send Pearl in for maintenance, and the thought of possibly losing her was unnerving. Thank you to the Cross team member who made this happen. Unlike so many companies these days, Cross continues to be a class act!

Cross pens are wonderful. Over the years I have accumulated a number of them. Mostly award pens but some I have purchased. Also have some desk sets. One with a solid black base has been with me through eleven moves and has been part of my office decor throughout my entire career. I've had many comments about it and a few offers to purchase. I've been retired for a number of years and it now sits on my desk in my home office. My office is set up with a companion desk for my wife and I was fortunate enough to find a used black desk set that matches mine. That now sits on my wife's desk. We continue to gets compliments about them. I don't know how many refills I've gone through over the years but I wish you offered a bulk pack (6 refils or more). It sure would make ordering easier.
