I have ordered several backups for this in case it gets misplaced or lost. I love this pen. I use it daily for work journaling, action notes, etc. It is in my EDC. I really like this sandblasted treatment. Would be great to see this sandblasted treatment in a dark red or scarlet color as well.

I ordered an engraved Cross pen for my godson’s college graduation which was taking place in Canada. I ordered the pen 15 days before my trip, assuming that this would be sufficient time to receive the pen. The company website mentioned that engraving would add 7-10 days in receiving the item. Each time I tracked the status of the own, I read the same thing every day: “waiting for shipment.”
By Thursday, two weeks after ordering the pen, I called customer service. “Sebastian” told that the pen was in transit and it should arrive on Monday. I asked for his manager; he replied that the manager was busy, but he would call me back. That call from the manager never came.
There was no option to express ship this pen, so I was at the mercy of the company. I left on Saturday morning; the pen arrived Saturday afternoon. Now I have to ship the gift to Canada adding to the shipping cost that I already paid to A. T. Cross.
I spent $100 and didn’t get my pen on time. I will never order an engraved item from your company again.

I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience, and reading your review, it seems like we can do a better job of setting expectations. We should specify 7-10 business days. That's on us, and we took steps earlier to make it right by you.

I purchased an ATX Brushed Black Stainless Steel Medium Nib Fountain Pen and I’m very happy with it. It writes like I’m writing on glass, it’s so smooth and it fits my hand perfectly.
My only problem is that I’ve inquired about a converter that would fit this pen and I can’t say that I’ve gotten the correct answer.
If there is a converter that works well with this pen, please let me know if it’s available from AT Cross.
