I wanted to order the Century II but it was out of stock. So I purchased up and got the Townsend II. I also ordered the refill but disappointed I didn't see where I could change the color from blue to black so I just stayed with the blue.

I ordered this pen almost solely for the color. I also hoped the texture, with the micro-knurl, would be a pleasure to hold and I wanted it to be weighty enough. I was not disappointed. This pen feels great in my hand, and with the textured surface I don't feel like it's going to slip from between my fingers. The weight is good, and I just love the way it looks and writes. An all-around great pen!
