Five years ago I received my beautiful Cross pen from a friend for my 70th birthday. I fell in love with a pen for the first time in all those years. I recently had to order a refill for "Pearl" as I call her. 🥰 the refill didn't fit -- it wouldn't stick out far enough to write (but fit my husband's slim ball point). I called Cross customer service, and was offered a free refill to try in case the first refill had an issue. I just received my new refill and it works! Next step would have been to send Pearl in for maintenance, and the thought of possibly losing her was unnerving. Thank you to the Cross team member who made this happen. Unlike so many companies these days, Cross continues to be a class act!
