ATX® Brushed Black Stainless Steel Fine Nib Fountain Pen

I ordered an engraved Cross pen for my godson’s college graduation which was taking place in Canada. I ordered the pen 15 days before my trip, assuming that this would be sufficient time to receive the pen. The company website mentioned that engraving would add 7-10 days in receiving the item. Each time I tracked the status of the own, I read the same thing every day: “waiting for shipment.”

By Thursday, two weeks after ordering the pen, I called customer service. “Sebastian” told that the pen was in transit and it should arrive on Monday. I asked for his manager; he replied that the manager was busy, but he would call me back. That call from the manager never came.

There was no option to express ship this pen, so I was at the mercy of the company. I left on Saturday morning; the pen arrived Saturday afternoon. Now I have to ship the gift to Canada adding to the shipping cost that I already paid to A. T. Cross.

I spent $100 and didn’t get my pen on time. I will never order an engraved item from your company again.
