I loved my gold pen that was a gift from my mum upon graduating over 30 years ago. It went lost in a briefcase for years and when found, the mechanism failed. This great company warranted my pen, and sent me the slightly different version with a clip, and higher grade gold. Thank you Culmer Pen company.
