I love the Tech3 device and have used all of the features for years. I use the stylus everyday all day. I've gone thru a couple replacement tips but very durable. The Tech3 has been in my pocket in all conditions for three years. The mechanical pencil is super handy for design and drawing. When the mechanism started to stick I researched how to fix it and saw it had a lifetime warranty. The process was easy and they communicated at each step. I messed up on the required shipping paperwork, and later the tracking number. They worked with me to unravel my mess and identify my item when it arrived. They determined the pen was unrepairable and completed the replacement process. It's great to still find a company that backs their product with hands-on customer service, and patience. Thank you for the great writing instrument, and great customer experience!

This pen is nice and classy. And doesn't scratch easily. Add the extra stylus tip (over the eraser) and it does everything I need! I've had a couple of them malfunction (after several years of use) and they sent me either a gift card for a new one (full price) or a new pen. I had the one that I bought with the gift card engraved.

I love this pen. It writes smoothly, the barrel is just the right size, easily switch between black or red ink which is nice when taking notes and wanting to highlight or correct something, .5mm lead pencil keeps it neat, easily replace ink cartridges or lead... Don't leave home (or office) without it!

I rely on my Tech 3 for multiple uses. It's a superb instrument. It's made even better by Cross' lifetime warranty, which I've called on to have the pencil function of my Tech 3 repaired. Thank you Cross.
