This pen has the weight and heft of a much more expensive pen. When I hand it to someone to borrow, they always do a double take. Beautiful matte-black finish and real 23k gold. Beautiful!

Always a favorite
This is the second of two pens I purchased as a self-gift, alongside a lacquer blue pen. I've always enjoyed the Classic Century pens. This black with gold trim pen. I chose to have engraved in the matching gold color, and as expected it looks great. Absolutely no issues with writing, the slim profile fits well in a shoulder pocket. I admit, I bought two of the Century pens, in case for whatever reason the first one walks away!
