Scope and Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a skilled Part-Time NetSuite Consultant to optimize and clean up our NetSuite instance, including its EDI integrations and APIs. The ideal candidate will have experience with TrueCommerce, Shopify, Ramp, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Pipe17, as well as a strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current NetSuite, Pipe17, and Warehouse Management System (Da Vinci) instance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Clean up and optimize existing EDI integrations, focusing on ASN EDI 836 to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and refine API configurations to ensure seamless communication with external systems, including TrueCommerce, Ramp, and Shopify.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage WMS (Da Vinci) and ERP integrations to streamline operations and improve inventory management.
  • Provide recommendations for best practices in NetSuite usage, EDI, and API management.
  • Document changes and processes for future reference and training.
  • Offer support and guidance to internal teams during the transition period.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong experience with NetSuite integrations to a Warehouse Management System, with or without Pipe17.
  • Expertise in EDI integrations, specifically ASN EDI 836, and API management with TrueCommerce and Shopify.
  • Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), particularly in a global setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data governance and best practices in system integration.

Preferred Skills

  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus.
  • Experience with other ERP systems or related technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
