Tech3+™ Dark Blue PVD Multifunction Pen

I love the Tech3 device and have used all of the features for years. I use the stylus everyday all day. I've gone thru a couple replacement tips but very durable. The Tech3 has been in my pocket in all conditions for three years. The mechanical pencil is super handy for design and drawing. When the mechanism started to stick I researched how to fix it and saw it had a lifetime warranty. The process was easy and they communicated at each step. I messed up on the required shipping paperwork, and later the tracking number. They worked with me to unravel my mess and identify my item when it arrived. They determined the pen was unrepairable and completed the replacement process. It's great to still find a company that backs their product with hands-on customer service, and patience.
